Haven�t had any issues with sturdiness, sleek for a cheap bookshelf. I bought two and they�re both about half empty with room for more books! They�re particle board, so probably won�t last forever, but they�re still a great purchase.

Perfect for my home office

With a loft bedroom in a townhouse for my home office I needed bookcases that were compact but that could still hold a large number of reference books and pamphlets. They also had to be inexpensive and easy to assemble. These items made the grade in all categories. The price was great, and it only took me a couple of hours to assemble them both. I highly recommend them.

A proven winner for us

We bought 3 of these 15 years ago. After a recent move we had room for a 4th one, but we were somewhat surprised and very pleased to find they are still being made exactly the same as before. You know the company has a winner if they keep making them for that long. I would say that although these are particle board. they are somewhat better than similar products. All the hardware is well hidden, so they don't advertize the self-assembly nature. My old ones have survived two moves and still look nice. Assembly is an involved process, so allow plenty of time and read through the directions carefully, or you may just make extra work for yourself. There are over 100 screws and nails, and the instructions say not to use power tools. It took me at least 4 hours. As with all tall bookcases, take the extra minute to anchor it to the wall as described in the instructions. Having pulled a tall piece of furniture over on myself as a child, I can easily imagine the consequences if that had been a heavy bookcase full of books. Keep your little ones safe!

Exactly What I Wanted

This is an excellent product with an attractive finish. The instructions were concise and easy to understand, but I was especially pleased with the precision of the fit during assembly, and the method of fastening the parts together. When complete, the parts fit perfectly without any voids or gaps, and the components were very tight and sturdy.
I would suggest that assembly take place on an elevated surface; and would point out that half-way through, the assembly gets a little heavy, so a helping hand would be useful for moving the cabinet around during final assembly.
This is exactly what I expected / hoped it would be; and it's a bargain.

Nothing. We have free shipping on Everything! We offer both free delivery as well as offer white glove delivery options.

How fast will I get my furniture part?

Most parts are in stock and ship within 1 business day. Parts take about 3-5 business days for delivery.

Some parts are more customized and will take a bit longer to process. If you have any question on shipping time, you can always chat with us or call us to find out more specific timing.

We also offer expedited options on parts so that you can get your furniture back working quickly!

How would my furniture be delivered?

The majority of items offered on our website will only be
delivered with a delivery appointment. You will know when they are coming since
they have to make an appointment. We can’t just drop your high priced items on
the curb and leave. You will be contacted in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. At the time of delivery, your furniture will be brought to your home (or room of your choice with white glove delivery). You will have the
chance to inspect the packaging or the items themselves as well as sign for them before our drivers leave.

If you elect for a white glove delivery your items will be
brought to the room of your choice and we will remove all the packaging materials (imagine where you will put all of that). If you elect for our white glove delivery with assembly, the item will be assembled, and we will remove the packaging materials when we are done. White glove delivery will make you super thankful when our guys are carrying your 300 pound sofa or 400 pound china cabinet (we know your back will thank you).

Smaller items that list "FREE DELIVERY" will ship via Fedex, UPS, or LTL service. If assembly is required it will be the customers responsibility to assemble the furniture. Only a small percentage of our orders ship this way, however, we do offer items that it's simply not
economical to do a white glove delivery.

Expedited Shipping for small parcel shipments

Expedited orders take 1 business day to process before shipping.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Most parts can be shipped Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 day for an additional charge.

For example, if you order a part on Friday and select Next Day Air, it will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in the continental 48 states. Delivery is
currently not available to Alaska or Hawaii. However, we have many international customers whom heard about us, or found our great deals online.

How long does it take to receive my furniture?

In Stock items usually ship within 2 to 7 days. Delivery time to
your home is generally 2 to 6 weeks from when your order is placed (based on where you are located). We have over two dozen distribution centers, and if you are fortunate to live near one of them it is very possible that you will receive your order in less then 2 weeks! Since Inventory changes frequently we will provide an estimated ship date when you place your order. We will send you updates via e-mail as well as text as soon as they are available and keep you updated as the order moves along.
