- In order to be eligible for the Plan, the manufacturer's original written warranty must provide at least 90 days parts and labor coverage.
What's Included?
- CPS will cover fabric, leather, vinyl upholstery and mattresses from accidental stains or damages. CPS also covers Case Goods and Other Hard Surface Furniture from accidental stains, damages, and defects (flaw or deficiency that may affect the use for which the product is intended) in material or workmanship unless otherwise stated in the Exclusions from Coverage section of this document.

Accidental Stains Caused By:
- Food and beverages
- Nail polish and nail polish remover stain damage
- Human and pet bodily fluid stains (except perspiration and hair/body oils)
- Ballpoint ink pen stains
Accidental Damages Caused By:
- Punctures, rips, and burns
- Breakage of frames and springs
- Reclining mechanisms and sleeper mechanisms
- Heating and vibrating mechanisms
Coverage for Case Goods and Other Hard Surface Furniture
Accidental Stains Caused By:
- Food and beverages
- Nail polish and nail polish remover stain damage
- Human and pet bodily fluid stains (except perspiration and hair/body oils)
- Ballpoint ink pen stains
Accidental Damages Caused By:
- Gouges or chips that penetrate the finish, exposing the substrate
- Cigarette burns and heat marks
- Checking, cracking, bubbling, or peeling of finish caused by a specific incident
- Loss of silvering on mirrors
Program Details
- This Plan begins on the date of product purchase and will provide service to the original purchaser for covered furniture a total of 5 Years, as noted on the sales receipt, from the date of delivery.
- In order to be eligible for the Plan, the manufacturer's original written warranty must provide at least 90 days parts and labor coverage. This Plan covers defects (flaw or deficiency that may affect the use for which the product is intended) in material or workmanship unless otherwise stated in the Exclusions from Coverage section of this document.
- This Plan applies only to products purchased for normal indoor household use and not for resale or commercial use, which includes rental, business, and institutional or other non-residential use.
- Accessories and/or add-on options purchased separately and not essential to the basic function of the covered product are not eligible for coverage.
- There is no deductible under this Plan. This Plan is not transferable. This Plan is not renewable.
- If under the terms listed below, an item becomes accidentally stained or damaged during normal residential use, a professional technician will service the problem at no cost to you.
- If the covered stain or damage cannot be resolved, the Administrator, at its discretion, will replace the affected portion or the complete item(s). Replacement items will be the same as or similar to the original item purchased, provided the price of the replacement does not exceed the original product purchase price.
- One time replacement of your furniture meets the full liability under this Plan. The replacement furniture is not eligible for coverage under this Plan. Replacement of a part or piece of furniture ends Plan coverage on that part or piece.
- Any furniture originally covered by the plan and not replaced will remain under coverage for the remaining term of the Plan. The Administrator will not replace or provide compensation for pieces of furniture that do not match the replacement items. Any replaced furniture becomes the property of the Administrator.
Program Does Not Include (Exclusions from Coverage)
- This Plan does not cover pickup, maintenance inspections, crating or delivery or freight charges. Replacement parts or furniture will be ordered from the retailer from which you originally purchased your furniture.
- If the retailer is not able to replace the item originally purchased or provide a satisfactory substitute item, you will be given a refund of the purchase price of this Plan in lieu of replacement of your furniture and your Plan will terminate.
Do I Need a Furniture Warranty?

Whether it's stains left behind from foods, beverage or nail polish remover on your fabric, leather vinyl upholstery or mattress, CPS has got you covered. CPS will also protect your case goods and other hard surface furniture in the event of accidental stains and/or damages.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Unlike other furniture companies, GreatFurnitureDeal never
charges for delivery. We offer both free delivery as well as offer white glove delivery options.
How would my furniture be delivered?
The majority of items offered on our website will only be
delivered with a delivery appointment. You will know when they are coming since
they have to make an appointment. We can’t just drop your high priced items on
the curb and leave. You will be contacted in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. At the time of delivery, your furniture will be brought to your home (or room of your choice with white glove delivery). You will have the
chance to inspect the packaging or the items themselves as well as sign for them before our drivers leave.
If you elect for a white glove delivery your items will be
brought to the room of your choice and we will remove all the packaging materials (imagine where you will put all of that). If you elect for our white glove delivery with assembly, the item will be assembled, and we will remove the packaging materials when we are done. White glove delivery will make you super thankful when our guys are carrying your 300 pound sofa or 400 pound china cabinet (we know your back will thank you).
Smaller items that list "FREE DELIVERY" will ship via Fedex, UPS, or LTL service. If assembly is required it will be the customers responsibility to assemble the furniture. Only a small percentage of our orders ship this way, however, we do offer items that it's simply not
economical to do a white glove delivery.
Expedited Shipping for small parcel shipments
- Expedited oders take 1 business day to process before shipping.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Most parts can be shipped Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 day for an additional charge.
For example, if you order a part on Friday and select Next Day Air, it will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the continental 48 states. Delivery is
currently not available to Alaska or Hawaii. However, we have many international customers whom heard about us, or found our great deals online.
GreatFurnitureDeal will work with your selected freight forwarder, and will deliver your order to them at no charge!
How long does it take to receive my furniture?
In Stock items usually ship within 2 to 7 days. Delivery time to
your home is generally 2 to 6 weeks from when your order is placed (based on where you are located). We have over two dozen distribution centers, and if you are fortunate to live near one of them it is very possible that you will receive your order in less then 2 weeks! Since Inventory changes frequently we will provide an estimated ship date when you place your order. We will send you updates via e-mail as well as text as soon as they are available and keep you updated as the order moves along.
