FedEx/UPS Items: 1-2 weeks (smaller items)

Processing Your Order
Once we have your order and have received some type of payment for the furniture, we begin the process of inspecting, preparing and/or producing your items for transit. When we ship it out of the warehouse it usually takes 3-5 days if that item is in stock. Usually products we have in stock take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive to your location.

Shipping Your Order
Upon your orders arrival to your local delivery agent, you will receive a call from the delivery company to schedule an appointment. They cannot come to your home without a delivery appointment (except FedEx/UPS deliveries). Our standard delivery is curb-side or the nearest dry spot closest to your home. We do offer white glove delivery which can easily be selected during the checkout process.  You can read and learn more about it here.

Receiving Your Order
Upon receiving your package or items, DO NOT sign the delivery receipt without first inspecting the boxes/packaging. We recommend taking pictures of the boxes/packaging with a digital camera before signing anything. This provides some evidence that will later be easier for us to make a claim, in the rare event that your furniture is damaged when you open the packaging. If you see visible damage on the outside of the shipping boxes/packaging, it is absolutely necessary that you note it on the delivery receipt before signing it. If you have selected a white glove delivery and do not see the packaging and only the items, MARK N/A to packaging damage and notate the damage to the products on the shipping receipt. It is very important that you do not put NO to packaging damage if you do not see the packaging.  

Special Order Items
Special order items are items that are made specifically for you. A “Made to Order” piece is produced and shipped from overseas. These orders take about 8-12 weeks for delivery. “USA Made to order pieces take 6-8 weeks for delivery. Once your items have finished production they will be shipped directly to you.

Additional Information

  • Quick Shipping: If you need an item quicker than our normal delivery times, we might be able to help. Expedited shipping may be available (depends on the item(s)). Quick shipping would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.
  • Backordered items: If an item is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay along with the estimated time of delay. At that point you can exchange the item, cancel the order or apply the order for future credit.
