How much do you charge for delivery?
Nothing. Zip. Zilch. Nada. Zero. Everything is Free Shipping. Everyone loves Free stuff and so do we. The price you see is the price you pay.
How would my furniture be delivered?
We offer 3 different delivery options. Free Standard delivery, Inside Delivery, and Inside Delivery and Full Setup. Simply click the service you need during checkout. Additional charges apply to Inside Delivery and Full Setup White Glove Services.
Regardless of the level of service you select, you will be contacted in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. We can't deliver any large furniture item without first contacting you and scheduling a delivery directly with you. You will be able to see your order and must sign for it before they leave.
If an item is marked "Free Inside Delivery and Setup ($179 value)!", simply select Free Shipping and your item will automatically be upgraded to Inside delivery and setup at no charge to you.
Smaller items will ship via Fedex, UPS, or USPS. If you have questions about how your order will ship, contact us at 800-970-5889.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the continental 48 states for FREE! Delivery to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other places is avaialble for an additional fee. We are also really good at working with freight forwarders to get you your merchandise. We will work with your United States selected freight forwarder, and will deliver your order to them at no charge!
How long does it take to receive my furniture?
In Stock items usually ship within 2 to 7 days. Delivery time to your home is generally 2 to 4 weeks from when your order is placed (based on where you are located). We have multiple distribution centers scattered throughout the US. If you live near one of them it is very possible that you will receive your order in less then 2 weeks! Since Inventory changes frequently we will provide an estimated ship date when you place your order. We will send you updates via e-mail as soon as they are available and keep you updated as the order moves along.
USA Made Products. Products from Broyhill, Lane Furniture, Southern Motion, Catnapper, Jackson Furntiure, Simmons Upholstery, and Franklin Furniture are proudly made in the USA. These items take 2-4 weeks in production and 7-14 days in transit. General time from order date to delivery is about 6-8 weeks.
Custom Orders. Certain items from VIG Furniture, Moroni Furniture, Bramble, and Rossetto are custom orders and take 10-16 weeks in production. If you are unsure if you item(s) is stocked or custom, please contact our sales staff.
